What information do we collect? ACC Western Camp collects information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
Use of information: ACC Western Camp uses the information entered on website forms to assist in the planning of camp, to keep you updated about this and future camps, and to fulfill contractual obligations of Warm Beach Camp and our insurers.
How do we protect your information? We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
Photography/ Audio/ Video Recordings: Photography, audio, and video recording may occur during the duration of camp. By entering ACC Western Camp event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, webcasts, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by ACC Western Camp.
Links To Other Sites: When you leave accwesterncamp.com you will go to sites outside of our control. These external sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information. The privacy policies and procedures described here for ACC Western Camp do not apply to any external links. Attention Parents: Children 11 years and under will stay with parent(s) or a guardian. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parent(s) or a guardian.
Curfew Policy: Any campers not in their assigned room after lights out will be warned of their negligence. If a second warning is received, the camp advisor board will take disciplinary action.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Consumption or possession of alcohol or illegal drugs including marijuana, illicit sexual activity or possession of pornographic material, or any illegal activity that requires reporting to an authority will not be tolerated at camp. Any camper in violation will be required to leave camp for the remainder of the week. No refunds will be provided and additional transit costs will be paid by the camper, parent, or guardian.
